Cancellation Policy

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance to help you recover your costs, should you need to cancel your booking for any reason.

Once a booking is confirmed, the Client is liable for the total cost of the holiday.

In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Number of Days Notice Cancellation Charge (as a % of the total letting fee)

0 – 14 days 100% of the total letting fee

15 – 30 days 75% of the total letting fee

31 – 41 days 60% of the total letting fee

42 days or more Deposit paid

In the event that the Owner is able to re-let the property then the Client will be reimbursed the lesser of any cancellation charge and the amount received by the Owner for the re-let, less an administration fee of £30
